Needles: 6mm (US #10)
Yarn: 4 balls Kureyon (I used colorway #92)
CO 42 sts
Row 1 (WS): [P3, K2, P6, K2] 3 times, P3
Rows 2-9: K the K stitches and P the P stitches
Row 10 (Cable Row): [K3, P2, C6L, P2] 3 times, K3
Continue in Rib Pattern, with every 10th row as the Cable Row (Row 10 above)
Note: As suggested by Cyndilou, I slipped the first stitch on each row. It makes a much neater edge, and once blocked it should look very pretty and almost flat (it is ribbing afterall).
Curious what one looks like? Take a look at my WIP scarf.
I just went out and purchased some yarn to attempt to make my own version of this.. my first cable attempt (is that called Aran also?).
