Paul's House Socks

I just realized I never posted a pic of these! Well, I only have a pic of one sock. You're gonna have to trust me that I made a whole pair.

Specs

Yarn: 4 balls of Lana Grossa Big Wool held doubled.
Pattern: Joan's socks from Lion Brand

This was my first flap heel sock. I think I prefer knitting a short row heel. Why? I'm lazy and hate picking up stitches.
